Sarasota, Florida-based Adva-Net said Monday that it has partnered with Atlanta-based third-party administrator Broadspire Services Inc. to provide pain management services for injured workers.
Adva-Net is a provider of pain management and post-acute care programs. Broadspire, a unit of Atlanta-based claims management firm Crawford & Co., manages workers compensation and liability claims.
The partnership will provide a centralized communication portal, clinical oversight, ease in scheduling appointments, and a network of provider options, according to Adva-Net’s statement.
“We are excited to partner with Broadspire to help address the underserved needs in the pain management arena. We feel there are significant savings from a cost perspective, but also from a clinical standpoint, that we will assist Broadspire in capturing through the use of our program,” Bernie McCabe, chief sales officer of Adva-Net, said in the statement.
Crawford & Co. President and CEO Jeffrey T. Bowman expects Broadspire Services Inc. to grow its revenue and profitability this year as the third-party administrator works to gain ground among competitors.
