Russian organizations hit by 'cyber-spying virus'

Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) said that about 20 organizations in the country have been hit by a "professional" cyber attack, Malta Today reported.

A "cyber-spying virus" has been found in the networks of these organizations.

The FSB said that victims include state organizations, scientific and defense firms, and the "country's critically important infrastructures."

The malware allowed the hackers to track what was being typed on the infected computer by monitoring keyboard strokes.
