Ikea to recall about 1.7 million drawers in China over safety risks
Posted On: Jul. 13, 2016 12:00 AM CSTChina's General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine has said that Swedish furniture retailer Ikea A/S has extended a recall of its Malm chests of drawers to China, reported BBC News.
Ikea will recall about 1.7 million drawers made from 1999 to 2016 in the country over safety concerns.
Ikea had recalled 36 million dressers in the United States and Canada in June.
