Goldman Sachs is Changing An Age-old Wall Street Hiring Practice

To eliminate biases in its hiring process, Goldman Sachs implements this month a new hiring process requiring the submission of video interviews by undergraduates seeking full-time jobs or summer internships. Portia Crowe with Business Insider reports that by standardizing this initial selection process, the company expects to interview candidates who fall outside of the typical mold.
