Integro acquires equine and agriculture insurance agencies

Integro Insurance Brokers Holdings Ltd. on Tuesday said it has acquired Jerry Parks Equine Insurance Inc. and Parks Insurance Corp.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Jerry Parks Equine Insurance is an Ocala, Florida-based equine insurance agency. Ocala-based Parks Insurance Corp. provides farm insurance through its farm division, particularly for all equine related exposures, Integro said in a statement.

“Bringing Jerry Parks and his specialist colleagues onboard underscores Integro's commitment to be a global leader in the complex arena of equine coverage,” Marc Kunney, president of Integro's North America operations.

Mr. Parks and his team will report to Brian Morgan, Integro's Atlanta operations leader.
