Ironshore International's global mergers and acquisitions unit has expended with a North American team made up of former Allied World Assurance Co. executives.
The team will be led by New York-based Navine K. Aggarwal, who will serve as senior vice president and head of mergers and acquisitions of the Americas, Ironshore said Monday in a statement. Previously, he was vice president of mergers and acquisitions with Allied World Assurance Co., according to the statement.
Patrick Ryan will serve as vice president and Aartie Manansingh as assistant vice president of the New York team. In addition, Atlanta-based Elizabeth Cunnane will serve as vice president and Toronto-based Andrew Stewart as vice president.
The executives all held M&A leadership positions at Allied World, according to the statement.
Fosun International Ltd. is cooperating with the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States in that federal body's review of Fosun's 2015 acquisition of Ironshore Inc.
