Connected industries face increased cyber risk: AGCS report

Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty S.E.'s Global Risk Dialogue said that industries face increased cyber risk as they become more reliant on automation, robot technologies and digital networks of connected devices, reports Asia Insurance Review.

Cyber attacks against critical infrastructure and manufacturers are more likely to target industrial control systems to manipulate or shut down operations rather than stealing data, said the report.
