Alberta wildfire spreads to Saskatchewan province
Posted On: May. 20, 2016 12:00 AM CSTThe wildfire that started in Canada's Fort McMurray, Alberta, has spread to Alberta’s neighboring province of Saskatchewan, The Guardian reports.
The fire has grown to 1,930 square miles and has burned almost three square miles into Saskatchewan, said an official. But, the fire is still around 18 miles away from the nearest Saskatchewan community La Loche.
