Lebanon's Chedid Capital acquires 75% of U.A.E.-based Al Manara Insurance Services
Posted On: May. 12, 2016 12:00 AM CSTLebanon-based insurance and reinsurance brokerage firm Chedid Capital Holding S.A.L. said that it has acquired 75% of U.A.E.-based Al Manara Insurance Services Co. Ltd., CPI Financial reported.
The acquisition is part of Chedid's plans to expand its presence in countries of the Europe, the Middle East and Africa region by 2017.
