Insurer names property/casualty executive

QBE North America, a division of QBE Insurance Group Ltd., on Monday said it has named New York-based Glenn Skrynecki to lead its standard lines property/casualty program business as senior vice president.

In this role, Mr. Skrynecki will be responsible for the development and execution of QBE North America’s property/casualty program business strategy, QBE North America said in a statement.

Previously, Mr. Skrynecki was QBE North America’s vice president of agribusiness, according to the statement.

“Glenn’s deep program expertise, coupled with his ability to drive profitable growth and disciplined underwriting, are critical attributes for leading our standard lines program portfolio,” Dave Duclos, CEO of QBE North America, said in the statement.
