Wilson Elser trial lawyers make jump to new firm

A team of trial attorneys formerly with Wilson Elser has joined Chicago-based law firm Nielsen Zehe & Antas P.C.

The team of trial and litigation lawyers, led by Dominick W. Savaiano and Paul Bozych, formerly practiced in Chicago with New York-based law firm Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker L.L.P., Nielsen Zehe & Antas said Thursday in a statement.

Other members of the practice joining Nielsen Zehe & Antas include attorneys Bradford S. Krause, Elizabeth R. Grover, and Jack J. Murphy, and associate Sean Brogan.

The team specializes in civil and complex commercial litigation, including class actions, according to the statement.

Messrs. Savaiano and Bozych join as senior partners, Ms. Grover, Mr. Krause and Mr. Murphy as partners, and Mr. Brogan as associate.

“The addition of this group to the firm further enhances the firm’s prominence as a national subrogation, defense and commercial litigation firm, offering efficient and successful solutions to their clients’ legal problems,” a spokeswoman said in a statement.
