Ransomware attacks hit hospitals in Germany

Several hospitals in Germany are facing disruption as cryptographically coded ransomware are affecting their computer systems, reported Hacked citing Deutsche Welle.

This follows recent similar attack on a Hollywood hospital, which was forced to pay a ransom of $17,000 in bitcoin.

The Lukas Hospital in the country's Neuss city and another in the North Rhine-Westphalia state are among the two affected by ransomware.

Their operations continue to be disrupted.
