Fitch expects more M&As in Bermudan insurance, reinsurance sector

"Organic growth options are limited and scale and diversification are driving a rapid pace of mergers and acquisitions activity for Bermuda insurers," Fitch said. However, the rating agency expects the consolidation trend to be slower than that seen in 2015.
