Willis Towers Watson names senior leaders in United Kingdom

Willis Towers Watson P.L.C. on Thursday said it has made a number of senior leadership appointments in the United Kingdom.

In a statement, the broker said it has named Ailsa King head of the client organization; Marco Boschetti has been named head of human capital and benefits; Alastair Swift has been named head of corporate risk, broking and transportation lines; Kevin Newman has been named head of health and benefits; Peter Rowles has been named head of retirement; Richard Veal has been named head of talent and rewards; Jane Murray has been named head of technology and administration solutions; Phil Smaje has been named head of broking; Mary O'Connor has been named head of financial lines; and Alistair Rivers has been named head of property/casualty. All are based in London.

“All appointments are an expansion of previously held roles,” a Willis Towers Watson spokesman said in an email.

“The individuals who have been selected to lead these important roles for our Great Britain business have an enormous wealth of knowledge and experience and are hugely passionate about clients and making Willis Towers Watson a great place to work,” Nicolas Aubert, head of Great Britain for Willis Towers Watson, said in the statement.
