"Severe cyber attack" hits Israel's power grid

Yuval Steinitz, Israel's Minister of National Infrastructure, Energy and Water Resources, said that a "severe cyber attack" has hit the country's power grid, reported The Daily Caller.

"The virus was already identified and the right software was already prepared to neutralize it," said Mr. Steinitz.

"We had to paralyze many of the computers of the Israeli Electricity Authority," added Mr. Steinitz.
