French insurer offers $395 m to buy BTG Pactual's stake in Brazilian insurer: Sources
Posted On: Jan. 13, 2016 12:00 AM CSTSources have said that French insurer CNP Assurances is in talks with Brazil-based investment banking firm Grupo BTG Pactual to acquire the latter's 51% stake in Brazilian insurer Pan Seguros S.A., reports Reuters.
CNP Assurances has offered to pay 1.6 billion Brazilian reals ($395 million) for the stake, said one of the sources.
