Zurich exec moves to CNA as senior vice president, commercial claim

CNA Financial Corp. has named Peter McCarron as senior vice president, commercial claim.

CNA Financial Corp. said Thursday that is has appointed Chicago-based Peter McCarron as senior vice president, commercial claim.

Previously, Mr. McCarron was senior vice president, global workers compensation and accident & health at Zurich North America. Prior to that, he was vice president, commercial & personal lines claims at OneBeacon Insurance Group Ltd.

“Peter is an outstanding Claim professional who brings more than 25 years of claim management and leadership experience across multiple lines of business to CNA,” Andrew Pinkes, executive vice president, worldwide P&C claim said in a statement.
