Bangladesh quake risk

Shah Kamal, Secretary of Bangladesh's Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief, said that about 72,000 buildings in Dhaka are vulnerable to earthquake, The Financial Express reports.

Mr. Kamal said this after a strong quake hit the country recently.

Disaster Management and Relief Minister Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury Maya said that the government has opened a control room to face possible earthquake risks.
