BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.
Varis Teivans, an official at Latvia's IT Security Incidents Response Institution Cert.lv, said that the largest cyber attacks that targeted the nation's public sector in 2015 have come from groups supported by Russian authorities, reports Lsm.lv citing the Baltic News Service agency.
Cert.lv has recorded 670 high-priority incidents and 126,993 low-priority incidents in the third quarter of 2015.
"The public sector has suffered from crypto-malware called CTB Locker and loss had been considerable," said Mr. Teivans.
