Floods hit Latin America

Experts have described the floods in Argentina's Concordia city as "the most severe in the past half century."
Heavy downpours knocked down power lines, uprooted trees and claimed at least six lives in different locations.
About 100,000 people have fled their homes in Paraguay, which is the hardest hit country so far.
