Malaysia's D&O insurance market to grow 10% annually: AIG official

Growth market may be driven by greater corporate governance awareness and fear of regulatory actions over the implementation of the goods and services tax. AIG had seen an increase in directors and officers insurance uptake following the imposition of the new tax, said Mr. Kelly.
