Insurance premium volume up 27% in Uzbekistan in first nine months
Posted On: Dec. 17, 2015 12:00 AM CSTA report by Uzbekistan's finance ministry said that insurance premium volume in the country's insurance sector increased 27% to 398.5 billion Uzbekistani soms ($143 million) in the first nine months of 2015, reports Forinsurer.
Insurance payments totaled UZS 82.9 billion during the period, up 56% year on year.
Insurers' investments totaled UZS 713.8 billion during the nine months.
