To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Class action over leaky buildings


Ireland-based building products maker James Hardie Industries P.L.C. has been sued for more than $200 million New Zealand ($135 million) by New Zealand-based building owners over leakage problems, reports.

The class action civil lawsuit filed by lawyer Adina Thorn alleges that James Hardie used defective cladding materials.

"The owners allege they have suffered extensive losses, damages and health issues that are caused by faulty James Hardie materials," Ms. Thorn said.
