Vodafone sues Dutch telecom firm for $126 million over anticompetitive behavior
Posted On: Dec. 11, 2015 12:00 AM CSTNetherlands-based telecommunications firm Vodafone Libertel B.V. has filed a civil lawsuit against its Dutch counterpart Koninklijke KPN N.V. for alleged anticompetitive behavior, Reuters reported.
Vodafone is seeking damages worth €115 million ($126 million) from KPN. Vodafone said its launch of combined package in the Netherlands got delayed by three years because KPN did not make its networks available. "KPN limited Vodafone's possibility to get significant market share during a crucial phase," Vodafone said.
