Ace sees growth potential in Latin America

Ace Ltd. said that there is attractive growth potential in the Latin American commercial/industrial and consumer insurance markets, reports BNamericas.

The insurer sees "significant" growth opportunities in the region in the long-term.

Ace said that a growing need for infrastructure is a key growth driver for Latin American commercial/industrial markets.

The insurer has also announced new international leadership teams that will operate following the completion of its merger with U.S.-based insurer Chubb Corp.

Ace has named Jorge Luis Cazar as the merged firm's regional president for Latin America.
