Most businesses do not see cyber attacks as threat: Survey

U.S.-based Grant Thornton L.L.P.'s latest International Business Report survey has found that only 26% of respondents surveyed in New Zealand see cyber attacks as a threat, reports Reseller news.

The survey also found that 62% of the respondents did not have an IT privacy and security strategy in place. Cyber attacks are estimated to have cost global businesses at least $315 billion over the last 12 months, the survey found.
