Cargo ship catches fire off coast of Japan
Posted On: Nov. 11, 2015 12:00 AM CSTA Belize-flagged general cargo ship, known as Soya Maru, was set ablaze approximately two nautical miles west off Matsuyama, Japan, reports World Maritime News.
The 3000 DWT ship was carrying a cargo of scrap from Osaka to Haimen port in China.
