Woodruff-Sawyer CEO elected chairman of partner Assurex

Woodruff-Sawyer & Co. CEO Charles Rosson has been elected chairman of risk management and employee benefits brokerage group Assurex Global Corp.
Woodruff-Sawyer is an Assurex Global partner.
Mr. Rosson was elected at Assurex Global’s 2015 shareholders’ meeting and global conference in Dublin, the brokerage group said in a Monday statement.
San Francisco-based Mr. Rosson has been CEO of Woodruff-Sawyer since 2008.
Mr. Rosson “is a dynamic leader and has taken Woodruff-Sawyer to a new level,” Assurex Global President & CEO Jim Hackbarth said in the statement.
