Cyclone Chapala hits Yemen, causes huge damage

Cyclone Chapala has hit Yemen, causing floods and huge damage, The National reports.

The cyclone has brought down electricity lines and damaged houses.

"The damage is enormous and we fear human losses," Yemen's minister of fisheries said. Contact has been lost with 30 Yemeni boats and an Indian ship, said the minister.

The Yemen Post described the country's Al Mukalla city as being "under water."
