Hannover Re expects higher reinsurance demand at Jan. 1
Posted On: Oct. 20, 2015 12:00 AM CSTGermany-based E+S Rueckversicherung A.G., a subsidiary of Hannover Re S.E., has said that it expects increasing demand for reinsurance covers in the upcoming treaty renewals at Jan. 1, 2016, reported RTT News.
E+S said that the impending implementation of Solvency II should also generate positive stimuli.
Industrial fire insurance remains under pressure on higher number of mid-sized losses, said E+S.
