Crawford & Co. (Canada) Inc. has launched Crawford iQ, an information and communication technology tool that provides access to data management solutions.
The tool aims to provide user-friendly and accessible data management solutions for clients in Canada and the U.S., the claims manager said Wednesday in a statement.
Crawford iQ consists of a portal that gives users access to the work that Crawford & Co. does for them; a claims manager that provides claims management solutions; analytics that provide users with claims analytics, dashboards and reports; and a mobile application that allows claims to be managed on mobile devices, Toronto-based Crawford & Co. (Canada) said in the statement.
“We remain steadfast in continuing to enhance and evolve our (information and communication technology) capabilities to enrich our customers’ experience,” Pat Van Bakel, president and CEO of Crawford & Co. (Canada), said in the statement.
Crawford & Co.'s revenue totaled $324.4 million in the second quarter of 2015, up about 6% from the same period in 2014, as its acquisition of GAB Robins Holdings U.K. Ltd. added nearly $22 million to its Europe, Middle East and Africa/Asia Pacific segment revenue.
