BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Netherlands-based International Insurance Consortium B.V. is looking to increase its stake in Ukraine-based Providna Insurance Co. from 9.99% to 99.99%, reported Delo.ua.
The International Insurance Consortium plans to purchase 23.8 million shares of the Ukrainian insurer. Ukraine's Antimonopoly Committee authorized the Dutch firm to buy a 50% stake in Providna in August. Providna is currently controlled by Russian insurer OAO Rosgosstrakh.
