Farmers warned of huge losses from El Nino

Heavy rains are likely to cause infrastructure damage, warned Kenya Meteorological Service and other officials. An official at the country's National Disaster Operations Centre said that the expected "above normal" rains will be 125% more than what Kenya receives during normal season.
