Explosion hits chemical facility in China

A news website reported that the blast happened at the Diao Kou Xiang Bin Yuan Chemical Co.
Xinhua news agency said that the explosion has claimed five lives.
This blast comes just weeks after the devastating explosions at Tianjin port that claimed 159 lives.
