Changes in global reinsurance market an evolution not revolution: Expert

David Priebe, vice chairman of Guy Carpenter & Co. L.L.C., said that changes in the global reinsurance market have been more of an evolution than a revolution, reported Artemis.bm.

"The service that we're providing is very similar today to what it was 10 years ago," said Mr. Priebe.

The large quantity of alternative capital is not expected to spark a reinsurance industry revolution, Artemis.bm reported.
