Risk management software provider Ventiv Technology Inc., London, has named Stephen Rhee as its CEO.
Mr. Rhee previously was Ventiv’s chief operating officer. He will replace Kathy Burns, who will join Ventiv’s board of directors, Ventiv said Thursday in a statement.
“I’ve worked hand-in-hand with Stephen through the years, including our growth period at Aon eSolutions and throughout our transition to Ventiv,” Ms. Burns said in the statement. “He’s the natural choice for CEO and prepared to lead our global team.”
Ventiv was previously known as Aon eSolutions, and changed its name last year following Aon P.L.C.’s sale of the business to Palo Alto, California-based Symphony Technology Group.
Daniel J. Houston was named CEO of Principal Financial Group, said a company spokeswoman.
