Flights to and from Bali cancelled because of volcano

Australian airlines Virgin Australia Pty. Ltd. and Jetstar Airways Pty. Ltd. have cancelled all flights to and from Indonesia's Bali Island due to the eruption of Mount Raung volcano, reported WAtoday.

The Volcanic Ash Advisory Centre in Australia's Darwin city said that flight conditions were unsafe.

Virgin Australia said that conditions had deteriorated following further eruptions of the volcano.

Flight cancellations due to eruptions have affected thousands of passengers in Bali in July.
