Marsh to acquire SME Insurance Services

The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
The deal is likely to close in the third quarter of 2015.
The co-founders of SME Insurance, Roger Snowden and Jason Gandy, would join Marsh. They will report to Julie Page, CEO of Marsh's U.K. commercial and consumer division, reports The Yorkshire Post.
