Cybercrime top security concern, besides terrorism: Official

Rob Wainwright, director of the European Police Office, has said that cybercrime "is now the number one security concern, alongside terrorism," reported the Times of Oman citing Agence France-Presse.

"It's become a global problem and we urgently need global instruments to deal with it," said Mr. Wainwright.

Meanwhile, a global forum to fight against cyber threats has been launched in a global cyber conference.
