New York-based Integro Ltd. has acquired Mission Viejo, California-based insurance brokerage E&O Professional Risk Management and Insurance Services L.L.C.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

In a statement Thursday, Integro said E&O Pros specializes in niche segments of the errors and omissions market, such as broker and dealer, investment adviser, insurance agent and real estate errors and omissions.

Integro also said the firm’s founder and CEO Sheri Pontolillo will continue to lead the E&O Pros group within Integro, reporting to Chuck Shay, co-leader of Integro’s management risk practice.

E&O Pros will operate out of Integro’s office in Newport Beach, California, according to the statement.

“E&O Pros complements our existing management risk platform, which consists of directors and officers, employment practices, errors and omissions and cyber liability insurance, deepening our professional liability capabilities,” Marc Kunney, president of Integro North America, said in the statement.
