$100 million in economic losses from Middle East winter storm: Aon Benfield
Posted On: Feb. 9, 2015 12:00 AM CSTA recent report by Aon Benfield Group Inc.'s Impact Forecasting unit said the recent winter storm that hit nations in the Middle East caused $100 million in economic losses, reports Middle East Insurance Review.
The storm – characterized by rain, hail and snows – hit roads and airports and also led to many ports being closed.
Many banks and shops were shut in Lebanon during the storm.
