Aviation sector to face new risks: Report

Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty S.E. has said in a report that the global aviation industry will see many new risks that will test its safety levels in the future, reports Aviation International News.

The growing probability of cyber attacks and more dependency on automation are among the risks identified by Allianz.

Africa was found to have the worst commercial safety record, with 88% of total aviation fatalities worldwide in 2012, the report said.
