China: Three automakers to recall 559,882 vehicles over fuel pumps defect

China's quality regulator has said that three Chinese vehicle manufacturers will recall a total of 559,882 vehicles over potential defects related to fuel pumps, reported Xinhua.

The companies are Chery Automobile Co. Ltd., Brilliance China Automotive Holdings Ltd. and Great Wall Motors Co. Ltd.

The recall includes vehicles manufactured between March 2005 and January 2014.

The recall would start from Dec.15, 2014, and free replacement would be provided.
