Price decline in catastrophe reinsurance to slow in 2015: Swiss Re

Swiss Re Ltd. has said that it sees a slower decline in the prices of natural catastrophe reinsurance in 2015, Bloomberg reported.

In 2014, prices have been affected due to rising competition from new players and the fact that costly disasters were largely absent. Reinsurers may find it difficult to stop the price decline in 2015, Swiss re said.
