Marsh names Dean Klisura global head of industries and placement

Dean Klisura has been named Marsh L.L.C.'s global head of industries and placement, Marsh announced Wednesday.

Mr. Klisura was appointed head of global placement in July. In his new role, Mr. Klisura will have global responsibility for Marsh's marine, energy, aviation, construction, rail, power, mining and infrastructure practices, in addition to leading the firm's global placement organization.

Before being appointed head of global placement, he served as Marsh's U.S. risk practices and specialties leader; global leader of Marsh's FINPRO Practice; and global placement leader for FINPRO.

He will report to John Drzik, president of global risk and specialties.

Mr. Klisura will continue to be based in New York.
