Pilot strike in Portugal prompts flight cancelations
Posted On: Aug. 11, 2014 12:00 AM CSTA 24-hour strike staged by pilots working for Portugal's Transportes Aereos Portugueses SGPS S.A. has prompted the cancelation of dozens of flights, Agence France-Presse reported.
The state-owned airline announced the cancelation of 36 flights. The strike was called to protest against deteriorating working conditions.
