China: Factory explosion in Jiangsu kills 71

An explosion at a motor wheels factory in China's Jiangsu province killed 71 people and injured 186, reports Reuters citing Xinhua.

The factory operated by Zhongrong Metal Products Co. Ltd. makes aluminium wheels for companies including General Motors Co.

The blast has been termed China's worst industrial accident in a year.
