U.K. insurer RSA eyes rights issue

RSA Insurance Group P.L.C. said it is "considering measures to strengthen its balance sheet, including raising capital by way of a rights issue," Reuters reported.

A recent report by The Sunday Times newspaper said the London-based insurer was set to launch a £800 million ($1.33 billion) rights issue.
