India: Coast Guard chief does not rule out repeat of 2008 Mumbai terror attack

Coastal security has improved since the 2008 Mumbai terror attack "but one cannot rule out the possibility (of terror attack)... as terrorist try out-of-the-box ways," said vice admiral A.G. Thapliyal, director-general of the Indian Coast Guard.

Mr. Thapliyal said "small boats are a cause for concern," Hindustan Times reported.
