Burns & Wilcox Brokerage names national property practice head

Evan Bull has joined Burns & Wilcox Brokerage as head of its national property practice, the wholesale broker announced.

Mr. Bull, based in New York, reports to Burns & Wilcox Brokerage President Denis Brady, the company said Wednesday in a statement. He most recently served as managing director for Marsh Inc.'s U.S. property practice in New York. He is in charge of Burns & Wilcox Brokerage's specialty wholesale property team serving brokers and agents who manage accounts from startups to Fortune clients.

“Evan is recognized throughout the industry for both his approach in designing specialized programs for complex property risks and his unique commitment to the growth and development of outstanding talent,” said Mr. Brady in the statement.

“I believe Burns & Wilcox Brokerage has an unprecedented opportunity to redesign the wholesale brokerage space through breakthrough product offerings and an unwavering client focus,” said Mr. Bull in the statement.

Burns & Wilcox Brokerage, an independent business unit owned by The H.W. Kaufman Financial Group, is headquartered in Farmington Hills, Mich.
